CAR SALES MANAGER MOTOR TRADE MAIN DEALERSHIP for Aan excellent brand based in CRAWLEY, MUST HAVE MAIN DEALERSHIP SALES MANAGEMENT OR HIGHER MOTOR TRADE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE Following the promotion of a Sales Manager into a Brand Manager, we are looking to recruit someone to fill his old boots. The successful candidate must have previous experience of managing a Sales dept within a franchised main dealership, at either Sales Manager or GM / DP level. They must be good at man management, be motivated, target driven and a good leader. and live no more than 40 minutes drive from CRAWLEY The basic salary on offer will be up to £30,000 p.a. with an OTE of at least £50,000, plus company car and benefits. We may offer a guaranteed minimum bonus for the first few months by negotiation to tide your candidate through until the next plate change. Times of work are a minimum of 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Saturday, working 11 days of every fortnight. They need to be flexible with the needs of the business
